Dough maker — Ashe County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a dough maker in Ashe County, North Carolina. Day-to-day duties: • Score the top of loaves before baking • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Pay around $29 per hour, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
