Powder coating sprayer — Union County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Union County, Iowa. You will work at a fabrication and coating plant. On the job you will handle: • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations Ideal candidate: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Willing to work shifts and overtime At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
