Commis chef wanted in Marion County

Join our team: we are hiring a commis chef in Marion County, Florida. On the job you will handle: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Part-time with flexible hours.
