Cnc lathe setter — Columbus County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cnc lathe setter in Columbus County, North Carolina. On a typical shift you will watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes; set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets; set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54); measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers; write and edit G-code programs at the control. You should have: • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts.
