Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bodyshop painter in Franklin County, Virginia. You will be based in a spray booth. Requirements: • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns The role involves blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels; apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio. 4+ years on the tools preferred. $29 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
