Requirements: • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts Day to day you will set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets; load and index turning tools in the turret; watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes; check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet; set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54).
