Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tower crane operator in Morgan County, Georgia. Ideal candidate: • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination Day-to-day duties: • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) 4+ years on the tools preferred.
