Concrete worker — Howard County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a concrete worker in Howard County, Indiana. What we are looking for: • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds You will fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule; compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing; discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms; erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour; strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength; patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. We offer $5,000 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
