The role involves: • Erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding • Replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates • Torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing • Insulate and ventilate the roof void You should have: • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems • A driving licence is an advantage for site travel 6+ years on the tools preferred.
