Oven operator — Upshur County

Now hiring: we are hiring an oven operator in Upshur County, Texas. On a typical shift you will knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; score the top of loaves before baking; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them. Ideal candidate: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $2,800 per month plus benefits.
