Now hiring: we are hiring a plant operator in Clatsop County, Oregon. The job is in an open-cast quarry. On the job you will handle: • Clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble • Track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport • Strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse • Excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs • Backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers What we are looking for: • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat $2,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
