Tower crane operator — Cass County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a tower crane operator in Cass County, North Dakota. You will be based on a bridge and infrastructure project. Ideal candidate: • Strong attention to safety and load limits • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) • Able to read load charts and lifting plans On a typical shift you will rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams; park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift; help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone; work out the load weight and the lifting radius; follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger.
