LGV Class 1 driver — Calhoun County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a LGV Class 1 driver in Calhoun County, Alabama. Day to day you will reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays; report defects and book the unit in for servicing; keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load; check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels; couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock. Requirements: • Minimum 2 years' long-haul experience • Valid digital tachograph card Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
