Decorator — Houston County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a decorator in Houston County, Georgia. You will be based at a busy decorating firm. Day-to-day duties: • Cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames • Carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover • Mix and tint paint to match colour swatches • Fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer • Apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls Ideal candidate: • Able to mix and colour-match paints accurately • Own brushes and basic hand tools • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers Full-time with occasional weekends.
