Urgent requirement: we are hiring a moulder in Clay County, West Virginia. The job is in the fettling and dressing shop. On the job you will handle: • Operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant • Mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture • Shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale • Fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges • Tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle Requirements: • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
