JCB operator • Madison County, Indiana

We are recruiting: we are hiring a JCB operator in Madison County, Indiana. You will be based at a landfill site. You will read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles; backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations; break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment; work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals; load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely; operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material. Ideal candidate: • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
