Great opportunity: we are hiring a backhoe loader operator in Johnson County, Texas. You should have: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures Day to day you will stockpile and spread material to the required levels; read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles; backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations; level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines; load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely; check for underground cables and services before digging. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $2,900 per month, based on your experience. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
