Maintenance painter — Denver County

Now hiring: we are hiring a maintenance painter in Denver County, Colorado. Day to day you will apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller; lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture; hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams; clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job; carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover; apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls. You should have: • Working-at-height / PASMA scaffold ticket an advantage • Reliable, punctual and tidy on site Full-time, day shift.
