Mason's helper — Medina County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a mason's helper in Medina County, Texas. You will be based on a road and bridge project. The role involves hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors; backfill and ram down soil around the foundations; erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up; clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour; break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker; mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer. Ideal candidate: • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio • Able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day Full-time with occasional weekends.
