Immediate opening: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Gratiot County, Michigan. The job is in a supermarket meat department. Your main tasks: • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking What we are looking for: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Full-time, day shift.
