Oven operator — Gwynedd

Now hiring: we are hiring an oven operator in Gwynedd, Wales. You will be based at a busy bakery. You should have: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Accurate at weighing and following recipes The role involves: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight 1+ years on the tools preferred.
