Join our team: we are hiring a D6/D8 dozer operator in Cape May County, New Jersey. The role involves clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin; operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site; refuel the machine and record running hours; strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse; spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction; maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear. Ideal candidate: • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant • Physically fit for climbing on and off the machine • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Pay around $160 per day, based on your experience. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
