Bakery assistant — Wamako

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Wamako, Sokoto State. You will be based at a cake shop. Your main tasks: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds Ideal candidate: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
