Vacancy available: we are hiring a cook in Agaie, Niger State. Requirements: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Day to day you will keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; prepare the mise en place before each service; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat.
