Prep cook — Charles County

Join our team: we are hiring a prep cook in Charles County, Maryland. The role involves taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks. What we are looking for: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate 6+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. $210 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
