Moulder — Darlington County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a moulder in Darlington County, South Carolina. You will work in a non-ferrous casting shop. Day to day you will prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes; fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges; cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch; assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together; inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects. What we are looking for: • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding Part-time with flexible hours.
