Quality control inspector — Guthrie County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a quality control inspector in Guthrie County, Iowa. You will work in an automotive parts factory. Day to day you will segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items; escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer; record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts; check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch. Requirements: • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. $260 per day, negotiable for the right hands. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
