Great opportunity: we are hiring a chef de partie in Mahoning County, Ohio. You will be based in a hospital or office canteen. Your main tasks: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat Requirements: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Strong knife skills and speed on the line 3+ years on the tools preferred.
