Powder coating technician — DeWitt County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating technician in DeWitt County, Texas. The job is at a powder coating unit. Requirements: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Day to day you will run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness.
