Immediate opening: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Conecuh County, Alabama. You will work at a café with an on-site bakery. Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to work early-morning and night shifts The role involves: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
