Gas appliance installer — McPherson County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a gas appliance installer in McPherson County, Nebraska. Day-to-day duties: • Read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes • Install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves • Check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray • Purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate • Connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply • Carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply Requirements: • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion Full-time, day shift.
