CNC mill setter-operator • Benton County, Iowa

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a CNC mill setter-operator in Benton County, Iowa. The job is at a precision engineering workshop. On a typical shift you will apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts. What we are looking for: • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges Performance bonus on top of base pay.
