Baker wanted in Macon County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a baker in Macon County, Missouri. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. Ideal candidate: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Food handler / hygiene certificate Day to day you will keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Contact us to fix an interview.
