Structural MIG welder • Benton County, Indiana

We are recruiting: we are hiring a structural MIG welder in Benton County, Indiana. On a typical shift you will tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing; lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions; strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch. You should have: • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • Willing to work shifts and overtime We offer $5,100 per month plus benefits.
