Powder coating line operator wanted in Sumter County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Sumter County, Georgia. You will keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow. Requirements: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
