Great opportunity: we are hiring a single needle operator in Osborne County, Kansas. You will be based in a small denim manufacturing unit. What we are looking for: • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens On the job you will handle: • Inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet • Match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality Full-time with occasional weekends.
