Vacancy available: stamping press operator (North Dakota)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a stamping press operator in Pierce County, North Dakota. You will be based on the press shop floor. On the job you will handle: • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean • Run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely • Feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts • Set up and change stamping dies and tooling • Punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components • Top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways What we are looking for: • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred Six days a week, one day off.
