Tower crane operator wanted in Union County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a tower crane operator in Union County, Mississippi. You will be based in a warehouse fitted with overhead cranes. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes On the job you will handle: • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $17 per hour, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
