Flatlock machine operator wanted in Grant County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a flatlock machine operator in Grant County, Arkansas. You will work on a ready-made garment production line. Day to day you will trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet; topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish; thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension; change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation. Ideal candidate: • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
