Panel welder • Buffalo County, South Dakota

Vacancy available: we are hiring a panel welder in Buffalo County, South Dakota. You will be based at a busy production line. Your main tasks: • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead What we are looking for: • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
