Ductable AC technician — Ashe County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a ductable AC technician in Ashe County, North Carolina. You will be based at an HVAC contractor's workshop. You should have: • Physically fit to lift outdoor units and work in tight spaces • Can read electrical and piping schematics • Own set of hand tools, gauges and flaring kit preferred Your main tasks: • Insulate the suction line with Armaflex nitrile sleeving • Clean filters, blower wheels and condenser coils during servicing • Fault-find on PCBs, sensors and compressors with a multimeter • Braze pipe joints and pressure-test with dry nitrogen for leaks • Charge and top up refrigerant (R32, R410A) off the manifold gauges • Mount indoor and outdoor split units on wall brackets and level them At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
