Join our team: kitchen porter (Niger State)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Edati, Niger State. You will work in a hospital canteen. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Day-to-day duties: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
