You will dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; season and marinate meat on request; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Six days a week, one day off.
