Join our team: we are hiring a blocklayer in Payne County, Oklahoma. You will be based on a scaffolded high-rise site. On the job you will handle: • Pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints • Bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters • Mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser • Spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel • Setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge What we are looking for: • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
