Tiler — Newton County

Now hiring: we are hiring a tiler in Newton County, Georgia. You will be based on a new-build housing development. The role involves check the falls to floor wastes so the water drains away; set out the tile layout and snap reference lines with a chalk line; spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles; cut ceramic and porcelain tiles on a manual tile cutter; make curved cuts and holes with an angle grinder and tile drill bits; apply a waterproofing membrane in showers and wet areas. Ideal candidate: • Able to work to deadlines on busy sites • A good eye for level, plumb and even grout lines • Work neatly with minimal tile wastage At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
