Requirements: • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise Day to day you will excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels; level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines; load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely; work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals; read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles.
