Immediate opening: crawler dozer operator (Virginia)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a crawler dozer operator in Appomattox County, Virginia. You will be based at an open-cast mine. On the job you will handle: • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear • Push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving • Grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily • Cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes Requirements: • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence Six days a week, one day off.
