Production assembler — Wallowa County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a production assembler in Wallowa County, Oregon. The job is at a consumer goods manufacturing unit. Day to day you will pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons; report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away; carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts; tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench; keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station. You should have: • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
