We are recruiting: we are hiring an in-process quality controller in Caldwell County, Texas. You will work in an electronics assembly workshop. Your main tasks: • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch • Log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing You should have: • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems 3+ years on the tools preferred.
