Vacancy available: system formwork carpenter (New York)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a system formwork carpenter in Madison County, New York. You will work at an infrastructure construction site. On a typical shift you will fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints; seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line. Requirements: • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift.
